Ho-Ho-Ho! We’ve just heard some exciting news – Lapland is coming to the UK!

If, like us, you’re getting ready for a bit of Christmas cheer, from mid-November through to Christmas Eve Lapland UK is providing an immersive magical day out for all the family, where kids can meet Father Christmas and all his mischievous elves … for real!

This traditional Christmas storytelling concept has been created via a 90-minute interactive theatre experience, which kicks off this delightful celebratory event. Visit the Toy Factory and assist the elves as they make the toys, then get creative in Mother Christmas’ kitchen by helping to decorate delicious gingerbread. After a bit of Mother Christmas storytelling, journey through twinkly Elven Village, to delight in the world of the busy elves as they prepare for Christmas! Kids can post their letters to Father Christmas and visit the toy shop at the Elf Emporium. 

This merry adventure finale is a real life visit to Father Christmas, who sits in his cosy cabin awaiting your arrival to listen eagerly as the kids tell him what they’d like for Christmas. All of this makes us wish we were children again … apparently, adults must be accompanied by at least one child!

Creating memories is so important to us, and what we particularly like about this experience is the authentic story behind the magic, how creators Mike and Alison Battle have strived to preserve that moment when children still believe, bringing the experience to life with an authentic representation of Father Christmas’s Arctic home, right here in the UK.  We think this sounds like a festive filled fun day out. After all, Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year.
