At The Business Creative, training has always been one of our services as we design training modules/sessions/guidelines for all of the concepts and products that we create. However, over the past five years, we have been engaged more and more to revamp, refresh and rethink training programmes for our clients and this is becoming a very successful strand of our service offering.
Our training solutions have been utilised in some of the world’s largest tour operators, theme parks and leisure attractions. Though we don’t stop there – we’re not restricted by sectors. Our creative aptitude and results-focused techniques have led us to create courses and digital modules for everything from ‘presentation techniques’ to ‘international hotel concept standards’ (hotel rooms in Croatia have never been so clean thanks to us!)
Our latest training project was for the industry giants Ballymore Asset Management where, In partnership with our expert training consultant Dyfrig Jenkins at You Development, we designed a customer service training programme attended by all of their front-line staff.
Our ‘Ballymore CX Training’ programme consisted of a total of 14 workshops delivered across London during a three-month period. Our modern, fresh and innovative approach to training has ensured that this face-to-face customer service training has been a huge success and we are now looking to roll out additional programmes across the whole business.
What’s the key to our success? We shake up traditional staff training and provide tailored training packages that deliver results. People learn in different ways, they absorb information at different rates, and we know how to create training modules that cater to the needs of colleagues’ needs. We make sure our trainees leave understanding the ‘why’ as well as the ‘what’.
Whatever the subject may be, every aspect of our training is underpinned by our ability to creatively answer the crucial questions: What is the moment, what emotion will we evoke, and what will the trainees remember?
